Fun Days
Fun Days run during all school holidays from 9:30am to 3:30pm.
Each day is packed with hands-on pony care and riding. Children will learn how to feed, groom, plait, and tack up their pony, followed by an hour of riding in the morning, this may be a flatwork or jumping lesson in one of our arenas. After the session, they’ll help care for their pony or horse by providing hay, water, and general attention.
After a lunch break, it’s time to get the pony ready again for another hour of riding in the afternoon. Activities may include arena lessons (flat or jumping), mounted games, or a relaxing hack.
At the end of the day, children will either put their pony to bed in the stable or help feed and turn them out into the field.
